Forget writing checks and searching for stamps. Simplify your life with an easier, faster way to pay your bill! BWTelcom makes it easy with our new online payment system:

• Online payments can be made with debit/credit cards, as well as digital wallets such as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
• Scheduled recurring payments are withdrawn on the day you choose each month. Set it and forget it! No need to sign in or call the office each month (payments are considered past-due after the 10th of the month).
• Make a one-time payment quickly and easily.
• View your bill online and choose what day you pay (payments are considered past-due after the 10th of the month).

*There will be a $2.50 processing fee per transaction.

To set up online bill pay for your account, please call the office to get started, then select your community below. You can also call our office 24/7 to make a one-time payment over the phone.

Important message regarding the online payment systems When you click your town’s link, you will notice our payment system has a new appearance. You will need to set up a new account or make a one time payment.  Please contact our office to assist you in setting up your account initially.

All communications between you and Paymentus are encrypted and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in the processing center. Paymentus safeguards any personal information you may supply and does not share it.
